OLAP setup file can't run windows installer.

Hi All,

I don't know why the olap setup file can't run windows installer.
I try to click any setup file. it can be installed on windows 2000
server.
I also checked the following cases:
1. Local Administarator Login
2. Disable Norton Anti-virus.

The olap setup file executed on windows task manager (Process Tab).
Please advised. Thanks
