... and you can modify the permissions on the services by creating a Group
Policy template, importing it and applying it. You can do the first by
running MMC and adding the Security Templates snap-in, and you can do the
second two by adding the Security Configuration and Analysis snap-in, or on
Windows 2000 by running the SECEDIT command. Run the command to get help on
using the command.
