He accessed the administrative share on your computer which means he knows
the logon name and password for a local administrator account on your
computer. I would be sure to check the membership of the local
administrators groups and power user groups on your computer and remove
users that should not be there and change your administrator passwords. Use
the command lusrmgr.msc in the run box to check group memberships. If you
have no need to share files then disable file and print sharing in network
properties for your network adapter. A personal firewall could also protect
your computer from unwanted access. You also should be aware that any user
who can get physical access to your computer can use free programs to reset
the password for the built in administrator account for your computer so
that they can gain administrator access. Using cmos to insure that the
computer boots only from the hard drive, password protecting the cmos
settings, and placing a lock on your computer case can deter such
    ctivity. --- Steve
