Security patches update failed

Windows 2000 box with Exchange 2000 would not update 8 security patches from
the windows update site. I called Microsoft support, they told me that they
corresponds throught email. I gave them my info, it's been 8 weeks and I
have not receive any email from them. Where can I find some help? Thanks.
