The problem that we were having with screensavers not working all the
time was caused by SMS 2.0. We did contact Microsoft and they had a hot
fix for it. The hotfix updated the SMS remote control agent to the
newest version. After installing the hotfix many of the clients still
did not update automatically. Microsoft gave us all the post service
pack 5 hotfixes for SMS 2.0 and that did the trick. Now
non-administrators do not have to reboot their computer to get the
screensaver to work. I would have never guessed it. I always thought it
was Norton Anti-Virus.
