Systemworks

I had to purchase a new antivirus software product because
Norton was no longer supporting my 2001 version. I went
out to purchase some software and wound up with
Systemworks premier from Norton. I tried to install once
and wound up taking my computer to the computer guy to (I
think )reinstall/boot my operating system ,windows 2000.
 I do not want to screw up again, does anyone have
experience with this systemworks software. Does anyone
have any suggestions on what to look out for before I try
to install again... My experience is limited. I thought I
followed the systemworks userguide instructions correctly
the first time.
