I just had this problem myself and found that the answer previously
given here is not correct. To solve the problem I logged into the
client computer as local admin and ran the 'net time'command which
showed me that the timeserver was indeed my domain controller, then run
the 'net time /set' command to sync the clocks. Your next attempt at
domain logon should be successful!
