I currently use norton and it seems like something is
wrong with it.

I click on options and it says " Norton Antivirus has
encountered an internal program error." I try to go to
the support site and it never loads.

I also try to update my antivirus but it says

"LiveUpdate downloaded all of the updates you requested,
but all of them failed to install. Please try to get the
updates at a later time.
LiveUpdate session is complete."

They failed to install because it tried to overwrite a
file that was in use.

Are these problems related? Cause it seems like something
disrupted my antivirus program and i may encounter a virus
without even knowing. Thanks a bunch!
