Hi,
Your system is not patches and is being attacked by worms on the internet.
First of all, you should install personal firewall that will protect access
to Windows 2000 from the internet. Next thing you will need to do is install
all the latest updates for Windows 2004 (SP4 + about 20-30 patches).
If you need a free personal firewall take a look at
http://www.sygate.com/firewall/. To patch your Windows go to
www.windowsupdate.com
