There are lots of them. Here is one from TechNet in the link below. It also
references the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer that is a free download you can
run on your computers to check for common misconfiguration problems. The Microsoft
Security Guides are also excellent. See the last link for that. The XP/2003 Threats
and Countermeasures guide is terrific. Some of it does not apply to W2K such as
security options and services that do not exist but the rest of it pretty much does.
