867801 for windows2ksp4 IE6?

The link in the MS04-025 posting for 867801 hotfix ->IE6-> points to the
download that is for Windowxp. Where is the hotfix for Win2k? I've looked
everywhere and can't seem to find this update for win2k running IE6/w no
service pack.
