Nothing known changed on server, it is just a workgroup and not a domain.
We didn't convert to sp2 until the next weekend. Once a connection is made
from the XP machine everything is great until the next bootup. I once solved
this same problem when I first upgraded the server from win2000 to win2003,
but I can't remember what simple setting I made.
