If this is a domain computer using domain credentials to run these tasks
make sure that the computer has good connectivity to the domain controller
and that it is configured to use only AD domain controllers running dns with
the domain zone as it's preferred dns server as shown via Ipconfig /all. I
would also run the netdiag support tool on it looking for pertinent failed
tests and check Event Viewer for any clues. --- Steve
