NUTKB.EXE?

Can anyone tell me what "nutkb.exe" is? It keeps trying
to make changes to my startup. The file is in the
C:\WINNT\Repair folder. I can't find ANYTHING anywhere
about this file. Also had an "iisdos.exe" trying to do
the same and I have found that it is a DoS attack. Is
nutkb.exe associated with this? I deleted the file and it
stopped trying to make changes to startup. I still have
the file in case it is some Windows file. Any help would
be appreciated.
