Windows XP firewall does not filter outgoing requests, but it does filter
all incoming traffic. So if you turn on ICF and try and browse to Windows
2000 you should be able to since nothing is filtered out.
Do by any change these Windows XP run on SP2 (beta) or do you use IP
Filters?
3rd party personal firewalls (e.g. ZoneAlarm,...) also filter outgoing
traffic.
