I deleted all CA! How can I recover them?

Dear all:

    I deleted all CAs include "Intermediate Certification Authorities" and
"Trusted Root Certification Authorities". Now I CANNOT do windows
update...... I tried to delete all activex dlls include iuctl.dll and
iuengine.dll and tried again WU, and, failed. I think I should recover all
Root CAs. How can I do it? THANKS ALL.
