Batch Loading Users

Hello,

 I have to add almost 200 users to a 2000 Server system that isn't an Active Directory server.

I found the AddUsers.vbs and the xls ***, but the server isn't it's own domain, so it tends to fail.

Is there a way to manipulate the .vbs file or do I need to look elsewhere?
