You might try two settings. Under user config/Windows settings/Internet Explorer
maintenance/security/security zones you should be able to configure your security
zones and then under user config/admin templates/Windows components/Internet
Explorer/internet control panel/disable security page you can prevent them from
accessing the settings. --- Steve
