Please help!

I have win2000 and modified the security settings.
Unfortunately, I made a mistake and logged out before I
confirmed them. Here's the mistake: I can't log in
interactively. I desperately need a way to get around this
quickly! I'm losing valuable design time... someone,
please help here. Much thanks!!!
