Virus protection itself should not normally interfere with your printer. Always go to
WindowsUpdate http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ to check for the latest critical
updates and other information. Make sure that you are keeping current with your virus
definitions from the publishers website and if you have questions they may have a FAQ
section, a place to search for topics, or email support. -- Steve
