Virus?

When I'm on the Internet I will be interrupted with a pop
up box and a message w/ wording too technical for me. In
short, though, it says that I have 45 seconds to save any
work I have and log off before the computer will restart
on its own. It has something to do with lsass.exe. Is
that the sasser virus?
