error messages

Why do I constantly get these pop up messages that tell me
Microsoft Internet Explorer is going to close down?...
That this may interrrupt or cause me to lose whatever I'm
working on.

It tells me Micro Int Expl wants to send an "Error
Message". Then it gives me the choice of sending it or
not. If I click not, MSN Home page comes on,without my
going on line, and I sometimes lose tract of whatever I
was doing.
