HELP!!!!

I have 2000 Pro on one of my laptops but someone was
installing some new software and changes something, he
think he selected only administrators can log on. The
problem is this, its not accepting my old username and
password and I have no idea what the adminstrator
password was when I set it up.

Does anyone know how to get around this, I need to get at
all me personal emails and files.
