Hi,
You can try few steps
1) Boot to recovery console and rename the infected lsass and copy the
original lsass from the floppy or from the different location
2)Try to boot in safemode and delete the infected lsass and remove the virus
3)Put a parallel installation and remove the virus and infected lsass
