Administrator password for windows 2000 for nt

We have an old IBM Aptiva that we've had in storage for some time. I've recently had a need to access some files on this old system, but cannot remember my administrator name or password to start windows 2000. I do not have the installation disks or CD-ROM. Is there some way to bring up windows with out the password or reset it w/o having to reinstall windows?
