Steven is correct as usual; the screensaver is called winexit.scr and is
included in the Windows 2000 Reskit. I have tested it and it works on
Windows 2000, XP, and 2003. (If you switch to the directory where you place
the .scr file in a command prompt and type "winexit.scr" it will bring up a
mini-setup utility that you can customize how long it will countdown before
logging you off, and the message that is displayed to users.
