Windows 2000 Server Windows update error

Typically if you are getting this message I would look to
see if you have administrative rights on the server. If
you are not an admin you cannot run the Windows Update.
I would also check and see if there is a Local Group
Policy or Domain Police preventing Windows Update from
running.
