Can use \\server to view the share folder in DC

Dear All:
            My server is W2K+SP2 , now have some problem, when using the
\\server I cann't display this DC's share folder, other than I know the
share folder name, \\server\share that can view this share folder at this
DC!
            And I have some Win98 workstation login to this domain, first
time say this password is incorrect, but I don't change the password, retry
4 times, it can login to the domain, anybody can help me. Thanks!\
