Check first in their account properties that they are not configured for " user
cannot change password". Other issues in a domain could be if the security option on
domain controllers for additional restrictions for anonymous connections is set to "
no access without explicit anonymous permissions" or that the everyone group does not
have the change password permissions for the user object in AD. --- Steve
