Are you using a firewall?? If so maybe it is misconfigured. A firewall will block
access to ports from unwanted networks/computers. To close a port you need to disable
the associated service/application. Running Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer can
help you determine if there are unneeded services running. --- Steve
