Traffic across PPTP/VPN connection on WIN 2000 ADV Server

    I have created an PPTP connection from my Win2000 client
    (IP-A)to a Win2000 Adv Server (IP-B). The IP addresses of
    the tunnel endpoints are IP-C and IP-C. All addresses are
    on the same subnet, but I am unable to ping IP-B or IP-D
    (server side) from the client side. The opposite is true
    for the Server side, unable to ping IP-A and IP-C from the
    server. I am, however, able to ping a different subnet
    being routed through the Server. Shouldn't I be able to
    ping the Gateway (IP-B) from the client? I suspect a
    configuration problem with the Routing and Access on the
    Server. Any suggestions??
