admin password

All of a sudden my home laptop changed me to a non-
administrator and won't let me do anything. I cannot log
on as an administrator b/c I do not know the password. I
am the only one that uses this computer and never set up
an administrator password. Is there a default password
that it uses? How can I change the admin password without
having to reload windows?
