Weird.
A registry search on this shows that 00020906-0000-0000-C000-000000000046
remaps to WinWord.
So, this is saying that something is attempting to create an instance of a
word application / a word document using DCOM.
Begs the question who? The Why bit is scary.
Perhaps turn on security auditing on one of the machines concerned to try
and see where the requests are coming from.
Failing that, I would check the systems are patched up to date, secure, and
properly firewalled IE no idea at all.
