Thankyou so much for your help. The script worked a treat - took about half an hour to run, but looked really impressive!!! :)

All my users now have permissions set on thier folders to the correct settings.

Our students today discovered they could browse the server using word web toolbar. I've disabled that also using group policy - just in case!!!
