The rep should only have his login details. You should have the local
administrator password. It sounds like you didn't part ways on the best of
terms so I would be suspicious of the contents of the machine. It is possible
to reset the password, but given the circumstances, I would put the hard
drive in another computer to retreive the data then format and reinstall
windows.
