File&Folder permission copy and move

Hi All,
i need to copy or move a folder, with subfolders and
files, from one NTFS volume attached to server 1 to
another NTFS volume, attached to server 2.

The servers are in the same domain, under AD and they
have the same users & groups.

So how can i copy or move it without lost the assigned
permissions ?
