ipsec policy netmask

    Unlike XP, when I try and define an ipsec policy filter with a destination of 192.168.0.0/16 (netmask of 255.255.0.0), I get the error message "This is an invalid mask for the specified IP address." Works just fine on XP. For that matter, works just fine with every other VPN config I've dealt with regardless of platform... except 2000. What am I missing with 2000?
