As Steven said, get Ad-Aware (I think the address is www.lavasoft.de) and
run it. It's free and will probably clear up the problem.
Also look for a file named "hosts" somewhere under "system32" or "drivers".
It is a list of URLs and IP numbers. By default it should be blank (i.e.,
only comment lines). Try renaming the file (to keep it from having any
effect).
