There is no security policy setting to do such. You could disable USB in cmos and
password protect the cmos settings if you do not need any USB access. Otherwise you
may need a third party program such as DeviceLock which is free to try or see the KB
link for XP and maybe it or some variation of it would work for you. --- Steve
