We know that. It's been at least two weeks you lost money for being
on the job.

It is for you at least. Stop ranting and whining and post a problem.
A specific problem.

We are unable to provide a solution to your current unposted issue
other than to suggest you use the alternate software available. I'd
suggest RedHat with a support contract since your business has so much
to lose, and you may want to have a local consultant work with you on
migrating from Mirosft products to alternatives.
If you wish to remain with Microsoft products, you have two viable
options. You can post an intelligent description of your problem,
expected results and solutions you may have attempted and we can work
with you to find a working solution. You may also call Microsoft and
open a support incident. In either case, you'll need to lose the
attitude and work through your frustrations if you wish to accomplish
your goals.
