Access Denied error in windows 2000

    Hi i am facing one problem since some time, can any one ls
    help me out. actually our company had developed one
    software, when we install this software in C drive as
    Multi-user version, in a PC where OS is windows-2000 or
    XP, then when we try to access this application from
    client node it is giving access denied and you dont have
    necessary permissions. i tried all the ways what ever i
    know. can you please help me out.
