Good suggestions. Just to add you would need to enable auditing of logon
events on her machine to see why access is denied - see link below for Event
Id's. The set command should show domain controller under logon server. Also
make sure she is not trying to log onto local machine or wrong domain [if
others are on the list]. --- Steve
