Password help

Please help me figure out how to reset (or override) the
supervisor password for content advisor in internet
explorer. I have tried everything. When trying to access a
federal web site I am promted for the forgotten password.
I am running windows 98 and internet explorer 6. It is
fairly urgent that I access this web site so I hope
someone can help me.
