There is a retry period you can do, it's a setting in the Group Policy for
this. Now you must also make sure the clients have the current policy. That
refresh can be forced on the client side using secedit (windows 2k) or
gpupdate with Windows XP and up boxes.....This should help but I am not sure
if I completely understand your question.......
