Please help if you can

Sent this with the error message attached in message 'Explorer Problems':

After 5 to 10 minuets, my PC gives the following error, and refreshers my
desktop, after which a number of icons in the bottom right of the start bar
are missing.

This only happens once, but every time I switch on.

Any ideas on how to stop this from happening please?
