OK. Sorry I misread. Usually it sounds like profile corruption, but you say it
happens with all accounts so that makes it doubtful. I don't know what the
exact problem is and you already did some good tries. I would first consider a
repair install and if that does not help an upgrade install which will require
you to reinstall service pack and critical updates but leave your data and
applications intact. See the KB links below and read all the way through before
