When I add a new user I get the following error message
    when that user logs in.

Windows cannot copy file C:\Documents and Settings\Default
    User\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick
    Launch\ to location C:\Documents and
    Settings\UserName.ServerName\Application
    Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\. Contact
    your network administrator.

    DETAIL - Access is denied.

    What's up? Any ideas?
