Where are you trying to have them change passwords - on their machine or the TS? On
the machine where you want them to change their password, make sure that "user can
not change password" is not selected in their user account. For instance if you want
them to change the password on the TS, then check the accounts on the TS. They would
not be prompted to change the password until they tried logging onto the TS. ---
