I have windows 2000 pc that the user was trying to set up
a vpn on and he changed the rpc settings and disabled all
user accounts to login. after rebooting, we cannot login
even with the admin password. how can I get around this. I
have tried last known good config, but that does not work.
Thanks in advance.
