One way would be to use Group Policy via gpedit.msc. Keep in mind that on a non
domain machine, the Group Policy settings will apply to ALL users. Of course an
administrator could remove the restriction to make changes. Anyhow how go to user
configuration/administrative templates/network/network&dialup connections where you
will see many options to restrict access. --- Steve
